Service Description
Note: You must complete a Behavioral Consult before requesting follow-up lessons. During follow-up lessons, we track your progress on goals set during the Initial Consultation. We also have the opportunity to address any new concerns promptly. Let me continue to help you tackle the challenges of dog ownership, & let's work together to bring out the best in your companion! Family friendly! All ages are welcome, I just ask that children are not disruptive to class. All dogs must be current on vaccinations (proof of rabies required). Kennel Cough (Bordetella) is highly recommended but not required.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel registration for Group Lessons, please contact us 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellation notices received less than 7 days before the class starts are not eligible for a refund, but may be transferred to a different course. To cancel registration for Private Lessons, please contact us 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellation notices received less than 24 hours before the appointment is scheduled to begin are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled. Repeat cancellations will not be refunded.
